Data methodology

Trust begins with explaining what the data is, and what it is not.

Many Details uses project data to support discovery and advisory workflows. Every serious decision still requires confirmation with official parties and current documents.

How the data layer works

Definitions, update cadence, and limitations are part of the product.

Sources

Project records can include imported public/source data, synced project details, media indexes, document indexes, and administrator edits.

Update cadence

The map can be refreshed through scheduled sync jobs and admin updates. Last-update timestamps should be read with each snapshot.

Verified vs imported

Imported data helps discovery. Verification means checking exact availability, price, payment terms, legal documents, and authority requirements.

Archived projects

Projects removed from the synced source are archived in Odoo instead of hard-deleted, so historic context remains traceable.

Developer names

Developer coverage indicates records tracked in the database. It does not imply endorsement, client status, or partnership unless explicitly stated.

Decision use

The map supports shortlisting and research. Final legal, financial, visa, tax, and transaction advice should come from qualified professionals.

Transparency checklist

What enterprise users should always be able to ask.

When was the project snapshot last updated?

Which fields came from source data and which were edited in Odoo?

Which documents and media are available, missing, or failed to download?

Which projects were archived because they disappeared from the synced source?

What still needs confirmation before a transaction or visa plan?
