Off-plan offers launch pricing and flexible payment plans but completes later; ready property gives immediate use or rental income. The right choice depends on your timeline, budget, and goal. We will show you both, with honest numbers on each. Explore off-plan →
Plan for roughly 4% Dubai Land Department transfer fee, agency fees, and registration/admin costs, plus ongoing service charges for the community. We give you a clear, itemised cost estimate for any property before you commit.
Developers typically split payment across construction milestones — for example a deposit, staged instalments during build, and a balance on handover, sometimes with post-handover plans. We compare plans across developers so you can match cash flow to your strategy.
